The service
Top Carousels helps you discover Instagram carousel references, study their structure and organize inspiration. Metrics and scores are based on the information available to us. They may be incomplete or outdated, and do not guarantee reach, engagement, revenue or any result from your own posts.
Your account
Use an account you control and keep your sign-in secure. Do not share an account to resell access, bypass access limits, interfere with the service or collect other users’ information. Do not scrape, crawl or use automated tools to access the library, bulk-download carousels or slides, or republish the library or its data. Daily usage limits apply, and we may close an account that breaks these rules without a refund. You remain responsible for the content you put in private notes and for how you use research references.
Friends beta
Invited accounts receive 14 days of full-library customer access beginning at their first verified sign-in. No card is required and beta access does not create a paid subscription. At expiry, the account returns to Free and keeps its bookmarks and collections. Invitations are personal and access can be revoked. Beta features may change or be interrupted while we improve the app.
Subscriptions
Pro is sold in founding rounds: the first 12 subscribers pay US$12 per month, the next 20 pay US$19.99 per month. Each founding member keeps their price for as long as their subscription continues. After the founding rounds, Pro is US$29.99 per month. It is billed monthly through Stripe. Checkout displays the price and any applicable taxes before you confirm. An active subscription renews until canceled. You can manage or cancel it from Settings through Stripe; a cancellation scheduled for the end of the billing period keeps access through that period. We will disclose any price changes before they apply to you.
Free trial
When a free trial of Pro is offered, checkout shows how long it lasts. You add a payment method to start it and nothing is charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, your subscription starts on the day the trial ends: your payment method is charged the price shown at checkout and the subscription then renews as described above. We email you a reminder before the trial ends. A free trial is available once per person, for a first subscription. A founding spot held by a trial is released if the trial is canceled before its first payment.
Refunds
Payments for a billing period that has already started are not refunded, and canceling stops future renewals. If you were charged by mistake or Pro isn’t working for you, email hello@topcarousels.com within 14 days of the charge and we will fix it, including a refund where appropriate. This does not limit any rights you have under consumer law.
Sandbox checkout is for testing and does not take real payment. A beta invitation is separate from sandbox checkout. Contact support about incorrect charges, billing disputes or refunds. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Research references and ownership
Creators retain ownership of their original posts and slides. Inclusion in our library does not imply endorsement or grant you permission to republish their work. Use the library to study ideas and structures, then make your own content. Obtain permission where required. An adaptation brief does not transfer rights to the reference.
Top Carousels is independent of Instagram, Meta, Google and the creators shown. Contact us if you own referenced material and want to raise a concern or request removal.
Availability and ending access
We work to keep the service usable, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or complete coverage of every creator. We may restrict accounts that misuse the service. You can stop using it at any time, cancel a paid subscription through Settings and request account deletion by email.
Applicable rights and changes
These terms are governed by New Zealand law, subject to any mandatory rights that apply where you live. We will publish updates here and notify account holders of material changes where appropriate.
